I think HN normally disprefers video, but this one is excellent: full of information, concise, technical yet accessible, by a pilot, using visual aids and exploring potential causes for this tragedy.
Also the comments section is unusually high quality for YouTube when I checked, and even contains the likes of which you'd expect to see on HN.
